Sponsored by the !POWAR! Program (2010-2015) - a public art program in Winston-Salem with a focus on mentoring youth and building community bonds through public art projects.

This mural is a triptych that depicts Winston-Salem in the 1930's, the 1960's and the third panel displays the Winston-Salem skyline today. !POWAR! is spelled out using student created graffiti styles of their names and silhouettes of 3 of the students are featured painting the wall.
